We are experts in producing print documents for people who are legally blind or have visual impairment.  Our support includes Braille and large print documents with service in most industries. We are prepared to deal with simple, technical, and complex material.  Additionally, we have a wide variety of tactile drawings to compliment the written word.

We produce Grade 2 Contracted Braille unless otherwise requested.  Grade 2 Braille is the most widely accepted form of Braille, as it takes up less space on a page.  Grade 1 Uncontracted Braille is generally used for new readers of Braille who have not yet learned Grade 2 Contracted Braille.

Translation Solutions gives you an estimate on the number of pages needed for conversion and provide you with a free quote.  Documents submitted electronically in Word or Text format are less labor intensive, therefore less expensive.

Security. For all those clients, either from the private or the public sector with special security needs, we offer personnel (currently with SCI access) with the ability to access classified data/information and support operations immediately. We are able to secure sensitive data and privacy act information, and meet all security clearance requirements for government agencies. Personnel employed shall either currently possess or be able obtain the security levels required. We will safeguard all of our clients’ property.
