Transcription is the creation of a written message from an original audio/spoken source.  Transcribers are the individuals that produce the written material from the audio source provided by the client.

Translation Solutions Corp converts media files (i.e. minicassette, minidisk, micro cassette, MP3, WAV, DSS, etc.) into a user-friendly text.  The transcription services include the conversion of English or foreign language audio into a formatted document.  These documents can also be certified or notarized and formatted to fit each client’s preferences. The end product is stored on a removable media with a printed copy.

Transcribers will be required to transcribe materials from an audio, video, or other media source into a written source for review of the transcripts by interested parties.  These transcriptions can be transcribed in the language recorded and translated into a target language for the use of the clients. Our transcribers will be required to have 5 years experience in transcription of legal based materials.

Security. For all those clients, either from the private or the public sector with special security needs, we offer personnel (currently with SCI access) with the ability to access classified data/information and support operations immediately. We are able to secure sensitive data and privacy act information, and meet all security clearance requirements for government agencies. Personnel employed shall either currently possess or be able obtain the security levels required. We will safeguard all of our clients’ property.
